Family therapy is a form of therapy in which the entire family system is treated; or as many members as the family wants or as beneficial to the system.

 
My Approach

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who practices using an eclectic approach; Eclectic therapy is an open, integrative form of psychotherapy that varies based on the unique and exclusive needs of each specific client, depending on the problem, the treatment goals, and the client’s expectations and motivation for therapy. An eclectic therapist pulls from a variety of disciplines and approaches and may use a wide range of proven methods to establish the best combination of therapeutic tools to help the client. In effect, an eclectic therapist tailors the therapeutic process for each individual by using whatever form of treatment, or combination of treatments, has been shown to be most effective for treating the particular problem.

About me

I have a background working with children, adolescents, and adults (all practicing with individuals, couples and families). I have always wanted to help individuals around me evolve and overcome difficult situations that life puts us in. 

I am certified in several Evidence Based Practices, which ought to be based on scientific evidence.
